I had an excellent stay here, Emma was always responsive and didn't had any problems to begin with, Location is excellent and easy to get by, Very nice views. We are a group of 5 people so everything we need blankets and comforters were already there. Very good place to stay. Had an amazing experience ❤️🙏

Great apartment with a wonderful view to the sea. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

Many thanks to our host! Communication with her is easy and pleasant! The photos correspond to reality. The veranda has very good views of both the mountain and the sea. The bed is king size and very comfortable. All the conditions are there to have a good rest. The courtyard is very clean with pools. However, the food in the area is very good but very Expensive! l recomend marinas apartment.

Apartment on the 34th floor with a large panoramic window, friendly host who replies instantly. Large SmartTV with YouTube and Netflix apps installed. Spar shop right outside or a larger shopping centre 8mins walk. Washing machine powder provided. Great price for such a clean apartment. Stayed for 5 night and would come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Many thanks to Mikhail - a very responsive host, everything stated in the description is available, in working condition. Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little more easily and adapt to various options. They are there! I recommend your stay and host! Thanks 🙏

Cozy place with a stunning view (sunsets are breathtaking). There's everything you might need inside, the place is clean, it is decorated very nicely and you can feel the attention to detail. Mayya is a helpful host and replies very quickly if there's anything you need. The only minus was that during our stay there was no water few times but I don't know if it's usually like that there or there were was some maintenance work being done. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

One of the best apartments where I stayed and definitely best in Batumi. New modern interior, lots of amenities, very spacious. Might be a bit noisy at night. Sometimes you need to wait for elevator for few minutes, but it's the cost for great view.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.
