Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

The spacious 2-room apartment "Appartamento Amore" is our couple's apartment. The double bed invites you to spend cozy hours in front of the fireplace and the open floor plan is ideal for two people. The newly renovated apartment is on the 1st floor of an old, traditional Ticino house with courtyard to enjoy & barbecue. It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport and perfectly located as a starting point for all kinds of excursions.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place and within walking distance of amenities and places to visit! Our apartment is suitable for 2 people and 1 child, it is located on the ground floor of a house renovated in 2021 in the center, in the neighborhood of Bellinzona. 15 minutes from the motorway exit of Bellinzona North/South and can also be easily reached by public transport (Bellinzona station a few km and 3’ from the bus stop).

Located in the Pianturin mountains, we offer 2 stone farmhouses built in the last century and recently restored. In one farmhouse is the dormitory (consisting of 1 bunk bed for 8 people and a bed for 2 people) and the bathroom with shower, In the second farmhouse, there is a dining room with a gas stove, a wood stove, a fireplace and a refrigerator. Below it is an old cellar. Possibility of walks and total relaxation!

Rustic House Zè, Isone

Bright apartment in a mountain cottage located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, south-facing, with ample green space. Ideal for those who love nature and simplicity. There are several walking or mountain biking trails nearby. In the village of Isone, about 5 minutes by car (or within walking distance from a path), there is a small grocery store and 3 restaurant-bars with various culinary specialties.

Le comodità ci sono ma l ambiente è rustico e dí montagna.
