The apartment was very nice and cosy. We had everything we needed and more. Federica was so nice and friendly , always available and very helpful. It’s located in the family property, they are all very friendly. There’s a big yard, a private parking space and easy access to the main road and the city. It’s clear a lot of thought and effort was put in both appearance and organisation of the apartment. Highly recommended.

The hostess was very friendly and always responded quickly and solved problems quickly. The space is exactly the same as the photos and the description. It is centrally located and was very clean. I think the price is rather high and I wish there would have been more space in the cabinets, especially in the cabinets. But I would definitely recommend the place.

Stunning apartment with beautiful city views. the apartment is large and functional. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen deserves to be a little better equipped (knives for cooking, oil, etc.). but otherwise everything was perfect.

Wow! We absolutely loved the Loft & can't wait to go back. We were looking for a peaceful base to explore the Ticino region & this was perfect. The loft is really well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals & relax in the evenings. Ella made it very easy to find the location, check in & out, and provided plenty of local tips. And, of course, the highlight was the absolutely stunning views from the jacuzzi.

Nice apartment to spend some vacation days. Very quiet surroundings and right on a stream. Shopping is just around the corner and good location to reach Locarno or Bellinzona. Just a few steps from the gondola to Carzutt or Mornera, where you can take beautiful hikes.

We really enjoyed our time at Ella's place. The accommodation is elevated above Bellinzona and offers a fantastic view. The apartment was spacious and also great with our son (14 months). We appreciated Elle's quick responses and warm service. We'll be back for sure

Friendly, proactive host, flexible in arrival and departure time, many useful kitchen appliances, ingenious fireplace to heat yourself, very original rustico in the rock, with cozy terrace under the pergola, very quiet but easily accessible by car and short walk, ideal for switching off and as a starting point for hikes or other excursions in Ticino, very good value for money

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Very nice, professionally developed Rustico. The attention to detail and the sense of the function and the respective material are unmistakable. Even in not so sunny weather, it can be perfectly switched off. Arriving by public transport was problem-free and the walk for shopping is absolutely feasible for somewhat active people. We are already considering when we will come back.

We had a great stay, thank you Doris. The apartment is in the perfect location with just a short walk to the lake and city (uphill on the way back). It has lovely views over the lake and mountains. Everything was perfectly clean. Can only recommend.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Very spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable, and we were happy with the airconditioner! It was a nice surprise that the restaurant it the same building was really good. Great place to stay!

Everything, including the very beginning, was very organized and easy to confirm. They were very friendly people, and the check-in process was simple and fast. This location is ideal to go in many different directions, or just stay nearby and live completely relaxed with peace and quiet. There is a small supermarket just a walk down the block, and two much bigger ones within about a mile and a half. The kitchen is set up for just about anything you want to cook. Sleeping at night was very peaceful I didn't hear any noise. In the summer months the area can get hot but inside they have air conditioning 👍 Parking is easy and included. There is a clothes washer and dryer inside your own unit. I was in a three person unit and there is plenty of room.

Highly recommended. Lovely apartment, inside a new and well maintained building with a large underground parking lot and a comfortable and wide elevator directly up to the apartment.
