Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bellinzona District

The apartment was very nice and cosy. We had everything we needed and more. Federica was so nice and friendly , always available and very helpful. It’s located in the family property, they are all very friendly. There’s a big yard, a private parking space and easy access to the main road and the city. It’s clear a lot of thought and effort was put in both appearance and organisation of the apartment. Highly recommended.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet und Probleme schnell gelöst. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Sie ist zentral gelegen und war sehr sauber. Den Preis empfinde ich als eher hoch und ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass vor allem in den Schränken mehr Platz vorhanden gewesen wäre. Ich würde die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. l'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. C'était très propre quand nous sommes arrivés. La cuisine mériterait d'être un peu mieux équipée (couteaux pour cuisiner, huile, etc). mais sinon tout était parfait.

Wow! We absolutely loved the Loft & can't wait to go back. We were looking for a peaceful base to explore the Ticino region & this was perfect. The loft is really well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals & relax in the evenings. Ella made it very easy to find the location, check in & out, and provided plenty of local tips. And, of course, the highlight was the absolutely stunning views from the jacuzzi.

Nette Wohnung, um ein paar Ferientage zu verbringen. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und direkt an einem Bach. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke und guter Standort, um Locarno oder Bellinzona zu erreichen. Nur einige Schritte von der Gondelbahn nach Carzutt oder Mornera entfernt, wo man schöne Wanderungen unternehmen kann.

Wir haben die Zeit bei Ella sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt erhöht ob Bellinzona und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Wohnung war geräumig und auch super mit unserem Sohn (14 Monate). Wir haben die schnellen Antworten und der herzliche Service von Elle geschätzt. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Freundlicher, proaktiver Gastgeber, flexibel in der Ankunfts- und Abreisezeit, viele nützliche Küchengeräte, genialer Kamin zum selber heizen, sehr originelles Rustico im Felsen, mit gemütlicher Terrasse unter der Pergola, sehr ruhig aber mit dem Auto und kurzem Fussmarsch gut erreichbar, ideal zum Abschalten und als Startpunkt für Wanderungen oder andere Ausflüge im Tessin, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

We had a fantastic stay with Nicole and Christian. The house is very spacious and easily fit our group. It is designed in a way to feel very private, and you have a nice big balcony in front with a stunning view of the city, the lake, and the mountains across. The footpath to walk to downtown passes right by the house and there is a bus stop nearby, so it’s easily accessible from Locarno. The house was very clean, and we did not hear any traffic from the road. We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to make our meals. Nicole and Christian were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach. We’d love to stay here again!

Sehr schönes, professionell ausgebautes Rustico. Die Liebe zum Detail und der Sinn für die Funktion und das jeweilige Material sind unübersehbar. Auch bei nicht so sonnigem Wetter, lässt es sich perfekt abschalten. Die Anreise mit dem ÖV war problemlos und der Fussmarsch für den Einkauf ist für etwas aktive Menschen absolut machbar. Wir überlegen bereits, wann wir wiederkommen.

Wir waren mit zwei Teenagern im Urlaub und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit spektakulärem Ausblick. Es war alles vorhanden, was den Familienurlaub erleichtert. Ausflüge ins Umland sind wegen günstiger Lage sehr gut möglich. Trotz Regen super Zeit gehabt. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

This place was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful views every morning. Close to public transportation and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. It is a quiet and peaceful location perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Siamo un gruppo di colleghe che si ritrova due volte all’anno per seminari di arteterapia e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La posizione in centro città permette di attraversare il centro storico a piedi e di vederne le bellezze architettoniche.

Very spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable, and we were happy with the airconditioner! It was a nice surprise that the restaurant it the same building was really good. Great place to stay!

Everything, including the very beginning, was very organized and easy to confirm. They were very friendly people, and the check-in process was simple and fast. This location is ideal to go in many different directions, or just stay nearby and live completely relaxed with peace and quiet. There is a small supermarket just a walk down the block, and two much bigger ones within about a mile and a half. The kitchen is set up for just about anything you want to cook. Sleeping at night was very peaceful I didn't hear any noise. In the summer months the area can get hot but inside they have air conditioning 👍 Parking is easy and included. There is a clothes washer and dryer inside your own unit. I was in a three person unit and there is plenty of room.
