Retreat under the roof

A wonderful retreat. Only two stairs to climb before you enter your own little kingdom. Lovingly designed, flooded with light and very well equipped. 25 min South of Munich, in the countryside, quiet, and yet everything is within walking distance: Bakery, bank, supermarket, inn and pharmacy as well as the lake. There is parking in front of the house. Ideally suited for two people. There is a very cozy extra bed in the stairwell, but it is only suitable for guests with an affinity for climbing.

Neben unserem Haus am Waldrand liegt diese sehr ruhige, separate Einliegerwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, moderner Küche und Bad, mit ca. 55 qm. Der einmalige, idyllische Garten, den unsere Gäste gerne von ihrer eigenen Terrasse aus mitnutzen und genießen können, ist weitläufig und nach Süden ausgerichtet. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

Cozy apartment with separate kitchen in Starnberg for a maximum of 3 people. My house is in a quiet location on a private road. The apartment is bright and cozy on the 2nd floor of my semi-detached house overlooking the countryside. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the S train station Starnberg- Nord (650 m away), several supermarkets (also organic), bakeries and other shops. Starnberg Lake and downtown Starnberg is a 15-minute walk away, where many restaurants are located.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

The large double bed in the bedroom on the east side with forest view invites you to dream. After a busy day, you can enjoy a break in the bathtub. A place of rest awaits you! Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min. Moreover via the B11 highway located beside the station allows to drive your car to Innsbruck, Austria about 60 miles away and to the marvellous King marvellous King Lutwig castls and palaces.
