The couch in the living room is extendible, providing additional accommodation for two, and there's room for your bike or car. Of course, there ist free Wifi available & free bikes for you to use.

A laundry service is available on request for a fee.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

The property is excellently connected to the highway and the train. It is a perfect base for activities around the capital, but enjoys the tranquility and greenery of country life. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples & long stays.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Little book house on Lake Bergwitz

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

The detached house in the small town of Annaburg is just a few meters from the Annaburger Heide. It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

An idyllic & quiet farm of almost 3000 sqm with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park, you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to stay.

Come visit us near Leipzig, and experience this charming and exclusive holiday home on a size of 160m². You don't have to do without usual luxury with us. The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.
