A lovely one-bedroom, 2 bed house in a beautiful tropical garden setting near the Bay and a mile from Cal. Truly and urban oasis in the middle of the city. We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. Our sun-filled cottage is located a 10-minute walk from BART and bike paths with easy access to UC Berkeley, San Francisco, and the East Bay. Featuring a separate bedroom (comfy queen bed), living room (with couch and futon bed), bathroom, shower, full kitchen, & a private deck with fragrant jasmine vines and furniture for outside space of your own. One of the two private entrances opens into a lush garden with wisteria-draped pergola and multiple (shared) seating areas and paths.

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!
