The home is situated on half an acre of land in the middle of redwood, eucalyptus, and oak trees secluded away from other homes. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
