This 120sq ft (15'x8'), newly remodeled, nicely appointed studio is an independent structure ideal for 1 guest, cozy for 2. The door of the studio faces our back patio, so you may hear us. The nightly rate includes use of our driveway. Please let us know and we will leave it empty for you. **Starting September 1, 2017 Berkeley is requiring hosts to collect a 14% occupancy tax. We are located within easy access to highway 80, in between the North Berkeley & Ashby Bart Stations, close to San Pablo Park, UC Berkeley, and walking distance to Berkeley Bowl, and many wonderful eateries nearby.

Listen to the birds from the bedroom window and depending on the season, you may smell magnolia, jasmin or lemon verbana. There's a small bathroom with a shower, and some basic kitchen amenities--coffee maker (French press and drip), microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge.
