Monthly Rentals in Berkeley

I spent a wonderful week at Patsy's beautiful property. The Northside neighborhood is lovely - comfortable and quiet, but just a five-minute walk to the University of California campus. Patsy was a dedicated communicator, always very helpful to me. I managed the full week with no car, but I did swallow my pride and take an occasional Uber home at the end of a long day. The property is on a steep hill, and my climbing legs are not what they used to be. (To be fair, I saw joggers tackling the hill virtually every morning, and I did get more and more comfortable with it as the week progressed. It certainly gave me a good workout!) Many thanks for a great week in Berkeley!

A really nice, cosy apartment, I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect for feeling at home. The location of the apartment is really convenient, as it is only a few minutes walk to Downtown Berkeley and several grocery stores. Whenever there was an issue or I had a question, Betty was very fast to reply and help, the communication was very good.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and cafes nearby, and it's right on the bus line going to downtown / UC Berkeley, which also has the BART train to Oakland, SF, and beyond. I was also easily able to park my car on the streets right next to the building. The parking is cheap and you can generally get 8 hours (& extend even longer using the ParkMobile app). The place is clean, well maintained, hot shower, everything works, etc. I was able to live here for many weeks with full ability to cook, clean, do laundry, etc. with the appliances & items that come with the place. I also worked over video calls extensively, and I never had any issues in the least with connectively. I would definitely stay here again!
