A fantastic place, what a great house, also the garden is great. Lots of attention to decor and decoration. Communication was very nice and constantly possible for help.

We were looking for a stay that is suitable to bring a baby and activities that can be done nearby. Mission accomplished! The stay was equipped with all the comforts. Modern, tidy and we have been extensively provided with information from the house and the surrounding area by the host. Shops and supermarkets sometimes within 100 meters away. The only downside to the surrounding area is that on Sundays, almost everything is closed. Certainly subject to repetition.

Brilliant home in a peaceful location! Great transport links for cars, and equally nearest train station is a 30 minute walk away along a cycle lane. Lovely little pancake place just 50m away too, which was a real delight. Miranda was really responsive, and made us feel really welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would certainly return!

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Mattijs’s place. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was spacious and cozy, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Our toddler especially enjoyed playing on the trampoline and interacting with the friendly cats. Mattijs was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

Together with a number of friends from abroad, we were allowed to stay in Justine's house for a short week. The communication prior to the stay was simple and the expectations for both parties were clearly and pleasantly experienced. The house is located in a quiet and friendly area from which you can easily get to public transport. The space in and around the house is more than enough for 10 people. From the train station you can easily get to Utrecht Central Station in about 20 minutes travel time, after which you can easily visit the other cities. In short, it was a very nice experience and we recommend Justine's house to anyone who would like to experience Utrecht and surroundings.

Peace and quiet, how we enjoyed it. If you want to spend a weekend with 8 loved ones. With time for everything, then this is the place. An alternative program is possible, but absolutely not necessary. Great relaxation space, lovely hot tub, a pool of billiards and very spacious large kitchen. The owners do everything they can to make this a big party. And, even though it seems like a high amount, if you really enjoy from beginning to end without a concession. Then it's just GREAT!

Nice place. The bathrooms, sauna and garden extension/conservatory overlooking meadow with horses jumped out. Lots of seating in the areas, and large table for a board game. Attention: the double rooms have 2x single beds. The shared, large room (6p) is the only one with a double bed. The highway right next to the property could be heard (I didn't find it extremely disturbing, but maybe others)

Cozy family house, with all the comforts. Large garden and lots of toys. Everything works and is comfortable.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We stayed in this house with 12 people for 5 nights and we all really enjoyed it! The living room was spacious and cozy — we spent a lot of time there. The terrace was also lovely and a great place to sit and relax. There was a small construction site in the garden, but it didn’t bother us at all. It takes less than an hour to get to Amsterdam or the beach, and the surrounding area is beautiful with several supermarkets nearby. Guy was always friendly, responded to my messages super quickly, and even brought firewood without us asking. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay! Thank you so much, Guy!

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.

We loved our stay in Judith’s house. It’s modern, spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and smelling great😊. The house looks even better than on the photos. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful. I loved my morning coffee in the garden with the water view and birds singing. It is a great point to explore Netherlands from. Lots of shops , restaurants around to choose from, though the car is essential. We would love to be back someday. We found the location very good for exploring Netherlands.

We arrived with 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 children and had a wonderful stay with very nice surroundings and great excursion options. The communication with Astrid and also her son was excellent and we were received in a very friendly manner and also said goodbye again. The house was as described, we felt completely comfortable and can recommend it to any group with or without children. A big thank you to our hosts. You gave us a wonderful time with the family. Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane
