Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. Private entrance and terrace, comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom, kitchenette for self-catering breakfast and lunch. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Our cozy vacation home has been open since April 2018 and is located in the middle of the village of Koudekerke. The beach and the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen are easily accessible by bicycle. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, private garden and a spacious bedroom can be reached via a fixed staircase.
