The place was fantastic. near to Asia Mall. and other restaurants. so far the house is very nice, one thing is that linens and bedsheets were not that clean, i think because of the washing machine is old. But so far everything is great! The place is nice and we really felt like it was our home. the owners are very responsive. our lights went out because we were using too much electricity, they gave us instructions how to get it back as soon as possible. I would say that it was very safe. and peaceful. Thank you for the wonderful stay. until next time ☺️☺️

Замечательный дом для 1 человека или пары! В студии очень тепло и уютно; милейшая кухня. На улице- чудесная лужайка, тишина, утром поют птицы. Есть терраса с обеденным столом для теплой погоды. Всем, кому подходит по размеру- от души рекомендую. До центра- несколько минут на машине; пешком- минут 15. Ричард и его представитель Эркин всегда на связи. Отличное жилье!

We really liked Gullzina's home. Evrything was clean, comfort. We had a big garden, the place where we could rest. Also in two steps from home there is a market. Finally want to say that Gulzina is the best host we've ever met. And going to recommend this beutiful place to our friends.

Extremely good option considering the low price. Quite close to restaurants and cafes. It can accommodate quite a few people, so certainly a good option for large groups

The apartment is well-equipped and spacious, with a great kitchen and high ceilings. The host clearly put effort into making it comfortable. The main downside is the heavy street noise — it takes a few nights to get used to.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in a nice location. The spot was ideal for a quick spot before flying out from the airport the next morning. We would certainly recommend this unit - it's well-stocked and very nice!

We stayed for one week and enjoyed every part of our stay. The host gave clear check-in instructions, the apartment was clean and inviting on arrival, and the location was great for us. The internet worked perfectly for online work, the washer and AC worked well, there was no outside noise that disrupted our sleep, and the bed was very comfortable. We also liked all the natural light that filled the rooms. We would happily stay here again.

It’s a nice apartment in a new residential building that’s not entirely finished yet (construction debris in hallways and stairwells). The host was very upfront about it all and the price couldn’t be matched, so you get what you pay for. I had a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

Отличное расположение квартиры, что рядом магазин Globus с выпечкой, несколько парков и аттракционы. Северо-запападная сторона квартиры даёт свежесть при проветривании даже когда на улице сильно жарко. Прямо в доме есть мини магазинчик и если нужна например срочно вода, то можно максимально быстро ее купить. Хозяйка Ксения очень оперативно отвечает, приветлива и пунктуальна.

오래된 아파트 4층에 있는 숙소입니다만 숙소 내부에 들어가 보면 완벽하게 리모델링 되어서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 그리고 아파트 입구에 경찰서가 있는 치안이 좋은 지역으로 길 건너 편에는 큰 마트가 있어서 편리했습니다. 그동안 다녀 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 정성스럽게 룸을 준비한 아파트로 평가합니다. 주방 기구도 완벽했고, 문의 사항이나 필요한 것을 요청하면 즉시 요청에 응해주십니다. 다시 비슈케크에 간다면 재 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new one-bedroom condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! Located in the tallest new building in the city, the high floor offers incredible and unobstructed views that are simply breathtaking. The condo is situated right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore. It’s just a short walk to Erkindik Boulevard and Ala-Too Square, as well as various city landmarks, malls, and restaurants. The easy access to public transit made getting around a breeze. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to experience the best of the city with stunning views and a prime location.

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

The apartment is really a USSR style place. The location is great, the house has its charm. Nice backyard. It's not kind of modern fancy apartments, it's something different. However, the apartment needs some refurbishment which I hope Bora will do soon.

The apartment has a really homely feel unlike a lot of Airbnb properties. Fantastic location. Fully recommend. Karina was full of useful advice for what to do in Bishkek.

I had a great stay at this flat in Bishkek. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The flat itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering support throughout our visit.

Jamilya's apartment was a great place to stay in Bishkek! She was a great host, meeting us personally to assist at checkin and checkout, and was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very understanding and fair to work with in resolving an issue of lost keys (entirely my fault). The apartment itself was well furnished and comfortable with great furnishings and a spacious kitchen. The view of the mountains was absolutely awesome. Location was fantastic as well, centrally located within the city and with groceries, coffee, and restaurants all walkable. Apartment is easy to access either on foot or by car, with a huge private parking area behind the building - we never had to park more than a 2 minute walk from the apartment gates. Wifi was absolutely outstanding - stable and high speed (usually 80-100 Mb/s). No issues whatsoever with hot water. Would absolutely return!
