The cottage is located between the Gâvre Forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, perfect for recharging your batteries in contact with nature.

Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Large landscaped garden of 3000 m2 with an expanse over the countryside and a natural pool of 280 m2. Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Close to all amenities (walking distance). 500 meters from the Nantes-Brest Canal, the port and the Château de la Groulais. 5 km from Gâvre Forest. 30 km from Nantes, St Nazaire and Redon. Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.
