Cottage vacation rentals in Bled

We stayed in this house for 4 nights, very well stocked with all the essentials and even a little more. Very quiet surroundings where you can do physical activity such as running or biking, and even long walks. Breathtaking landscapes and above all very clean areas like all of Slovenia. We fell in love with this place and will definitely be here when we come back. Thanks to the hosts who have always been active and ready to respond under any circumstances. Highly recommended.

Perfect for the idea of a relaxing vacation they had in mind. The wooden house is located at the end of a street above a hill, and immediately transmits hospitality and peace. In a strategic position if you want to move by car to Ljubljana which is only half anhour away, the postumia caves and bled lake are less than an hour away. In the house we found a beautiful stove, which heated us very well throughout the vacation. Inside the Maki house will make you find everything you need to enjoy your rest among birds and silence. Kitchen complete with everything, clean sheets and towels, coffee machine, internet with wifi. With us Maki was always kind in giving us all the directions and welcomed us with a very welcome cutting board of cold cuts and cheese. What can I say... if you are looking for a place of peace and without too many frills, I recommend it! We look forward to coming back!

Ales's place was perfect for us. Spacious, with all comforts and a nice veranda overlooking the vineyards. The air conditioning was also pleasant and ensured a good night's sleep, given we were there warm period. Ales was very attentive and gave us tips for activities and sights to visit. Really a beautiful area, with the caves of Postojna and Skocjan nearby. Other attractions were also easy to reach by car from the house. We had a very nice week in Slovenia!

Amazing house and host. We stayed there very comfortably with a group of 10 people. There is plenty of space to cook and relax in the living room. The cherry on the pie is the big sauna and bath tubs. Super recommended.

Hi All, This place is super nice for nature lover and if you wish to enjoy the calm. It's an easy place to live and everything is working and operational inside. You feel to be in the middle of nature but just 5min from the supermarket where you can everything (3 big shop close to each other) and you are just 20 min to ljubljana center by the riverside, church, castle. Maki was super nice from the first meet and give us all the tips we needs. He love his place and made something different than usual, you feel home. So if you plan to visit slovenia or just chill out in a relax atmosphere this place is great

We spent a wonderful stay at Roger's and Louise's house. They were very friendly and helpful. You feel like home. The terrace's view is amazing, perfect for watching the sunset and admiring the peaceful nature. We had the breakfast and we do not regret at all, it was very tasty! We would definitely recommend this place ! Take care! :)

Everything was amazing, the house, the location, the breathtaking nature… We had wonderful 4 days here, had everything we needed, and more! There are many great hikes nearby, and Srednji vrh is a really peaceful beautiful small village. The house really has everything you need, and feels like at home. Both us and our dog were welcomed very nicely. Our dog didn’t want to leave at the end. Neither did we :)

Lovely, peaceful setting with a view of the mountains and a convenient walking path to the village. You have ultimate privacy as the home is located at the very end of a gravel road through agricultural fields and small garden plots. House was very clean and everything worked just fine. Very convenient to the large market (groceries, general household needs...and gelato!). Two things to be aware of: There are three houses in the general area with the same address so be sure to put the entire address into your GPS. Also all sleeping areas are upstairs up a stepladder type of stairs. It's fine, but not the house for those with mobility issues. Nela is warm and welcoming and very helpful with tips to make your stay in Slovenia memorable!

Great house and host! The house is in a little village close to some nice sightseeing spots and hikes. Small supermarket on walking distance. House was clean and all amenities were present. I highly recommend!

Nice cottage in the nature, very spacious and homy, the secret garden is so cute and calm. Nearby is a river where you can bathe. Polona was very helpful and flexible! We had a great time with my friends!

Phenomenal in every way.

We had a great stay at Croccus Cottage and felt at home. The nature is beautiful, the people are very friendly. A perfect place for all sorts of outdoor activities (hiking, biking and much more). We would definetly love to come back, both in summer as well as in winter times.

Very nice cabin in a picturesque area. The view of the mountains is beautiful. My dogs felt right at home and loved being able to run around in the yard. There are hiking trails nearby as well. Ljubljana and Lake Bled were just short drives away. We were able to do lots of exploring! Rudi was very proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy. We would love to stay again!

Cozy, old beautiful house in a wonderful location! Perfect for grilling, bathing, hiking. We felt very comfortable with our three teenagers (13,14,16) and dog.

The cottage which is set in a shared garden was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is perfect just a short walk to the lake. I enjoyed the lovely back garden—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Our host was wonderfully welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. He provided great suggestions and even helped us make reservations, which made everything so much easier. Thank you Jani. I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a cosy getaway with exceptional hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

There was a problem with the heating in the house, so Elizabeta arranged for us an apartment in the next house. Everything worked well. Elizabeta is absolutely an excellent host. Walking distance to a grocery. Moistrana is a nice little village, the right spot to stay if you want to explore Triglav National Park.

Beautiful location, very good beds, stunning view from balcony, quiet and peaceful located in nature park in Slovenia Alps - and with Italian espresso maker in fully equipped kitchen. What more could a person wish for?

Very nice treehouse on the edge of a small campsite in a very nice mountain region that was not crowded. Breakfast at the camp is an absolute dream and very cheap for €9 including coffee/tanja's tea. Around it there are many beautiful hikes and Tanja and her very nice daughter have taken great care of us! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a very nice time in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of the beautiful nature of Slovenia, the accommodation is perfect. The daily visit of the farm cat was our highlight. We will be happy to come back and can recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here for four days and it was excellent! Herman and Imilsy are great hosts, friendly people and always helpful :) The location is great as it’s close to Bled lake and all surroundings which means it is easy to explore around by car and by walking. There are very nice walking trails for families and beginners around the village. Amazing nature! We also went to Bohinj lake by car as it’s also close by. Last but not least, I enjoyed our conversations with Herman :)

Gaṣ̌per was an incredible host! He recommended local restaurants and stores and was always quick to answer us if we had a question. His cottage is so cozy and located in such a beautiful, peaceful area of Slovenia. We loved making a fire every night and watching the stars on the terrace. It was a good location as you can do day trips to Bled, Ljubljana, Postojna Jama. Our only regret is not staying longer as there are so many beautiful trails around the cottage we never got to explore. Highly recommend his place! 😊

A really very nice and quiet place to stay. Everything is brand new and clean. If you want peace, relaxation, and nature, this is the place to be. You can go hiking and at night it is absolutely quiet! The house is very cozy and nicely decorated! The bathroom is a bit small for four people, but there is nothing missing here either. Ljubljana is only 30 minutes by car. Dane is very reliable and the contact with him was totally straightforward.
