Independent room on the ground floor with an exterior window at street level. It has a kitchenette and a private bathroom. This space is not shared. The entrance and exit are shared in the hall. This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, El Buen Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.

Spacious suite on the ground floor, cozy and warm, very bright; with separate bathroom (shower tray, shampoo, gel and towels), bedroom with space for 2 or 3 people, desk, closet and bedding and living room with microwave and table for small meals. Breakfast and secure Wi-Fi included in the price. Garden with gazebo and barbecue available to customers. Located in a quiet village that is very well connected, with all services near Madrid, Toledo, Aranjuez, Escorial.

Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Our attic is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is located in a very quiet village, making it ideal for relaxing with your partner, or to establish a place from which to visit everything that Madrid offers. Warner Park, Xanadu's indoor snow track, Safari Madrid, Casa de Campo Zoo, Toledo, Aldea del Fresno beaches, and much more, are what you can visit from our accommodation. Cozy 80m apartment, very bright, excellent views, within a residential complex with swimming pool, gym, paddle tennis court and children's area. Supermarkets and medical center a minute away. Very well connected by public transport (bus) at the door directly to Madrid (Moncloa) and to the train station with a direct connection to the airport. Five minutes walk to downtown Majadahonda with extensive restaurant services, banks, shops, parks etc.
