The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

The apartment is situated at the foot of our local mountain, Gerlitzen, and is only a 10-minute walk from the lake. This accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for all kinds of outdoor activities, with mountain bikers particularly benefiting from the diverse trail offerings.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Apartment on the upper floor of the house offers 2 rooms (1 with king size bed and a living room with an extendable sofa) that share a common balcony. When you stay in this centrally located accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. A bakery and shops are open Monday to Sunday during the summer season. We are located at the foot of Gerlitzenstraße, so the summit is easy to reach. A private garden area is available, perfect for quiet summer evenings or time in the garden with the family. Free access to Lake Ossiach is within walking distance.
