This large 800 square feet guest house is new and is an open floor plan with high ceilings, full bathroom, and full kitchen minus a dishwasher. We are just one mile from Main Street shopping and close to the walking trail. We look forward to sharing our space with you on this quiet dead end street in town.
“We checked in and the host's instructions were clear and concise. It was a very modern space, just a few minutes away from main street, in a beautiful neighborhood. The space was neat and tidy. We also had the ability to snag eggs from the well kept chickens out back. I've raised chickens, and this was something I missed doing. The host is incredibly quick with responses and was great to work with. Highly recommend this spot.”

“Probably the most charming Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The aesthetic of the space was gorgeous and there are beautiful touches everywhere. Everything was designed to be highly functional as well. The amenities were great and I loved staying here. Stacy was quick to communicate with me and check in was easy. The location of the house was also convenient. A short walk led out to the park and then Main street where all the boutiques are. Can't wait to come back one day.”

“I can not say enough about this lil place. It is a true hidden gem owned by people of like sparkle! We were in town for a nephews wedding in Comfort, Tx. they live in Boerne, Tx. We went to the tulip farm in La Vernia and to the River Walk, along with everything else we could find to do that was in between! We were located where EVERYTHING was all around us. It was easy to get to everything! The place was stocked and clean. We didn't need one thing but when we would see Sindney(and Mrs.) in passing they were always down for nice, friendly and helpful conversations or suggestions. The recliners were very comfortable. I would know this for I have a recliner critic you see, he was injured some years ago(11) and can not lay down to sleep, so a recliner it is! We normally carry our bedding and an ergonomically spring loaded reclining lawn chair with us when we travel but this lil recliner was wonderful and it was perfect and there were two! A bonus!!! We most def will go back and will recommend this place to all our friends and family. I absolutely loved it and was not ready to come home, but we had to, so until next Sidney, and Mrs. you guys take care!! And my tulip survived!! I def should have gotten more!!~debbie”
