Monthly Rentals in Boldron

We had a wonderful stay at Haven cottage. It was our first holiday with our baby and the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy, with a travel cot, baby bath and even a baby carrier provided by Anna. The cottage was lovely and the location was perfect being a short walk to a pub, cafe and lots of country walks. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again!

what a beautiful flat in a stunning location. Had everything we needed and more and the hosts John and Rachael where amazing. We stayed at The Bakehouse for a couple of nights as a little birthday celebration for our daughter. It was exactly what we were looking for. It is immaculately well kept and has obviously been renovated with love and attention to detail. It has everything you could need, there was even a special little bag of items for the dog. The cottage is just as described and if anything the rooms were larger than we anticipated. Beds were comfy, everything worked, the bath / shower was always hot and although we had no need of the log burner it was comforting to know it was ready to go. Loads of beautiful local walks and scenery, farm shops abound, and eye tests at Barnard Castle are easily accessible. I would definitely recommend The Bakehouse to friends and we hope to visit again. Family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Willow Moss Cottage. Just as described and in a great location - a short walk from Bowes Museum and to the town centre. A lovely, comfy cottage with great decor and very clean. It felt like a home from home with everything we needed for our stay. Lots to do around Barnard Castle and we didn't get to explore it all, so would definitley come back. The host was also very helpful and responsive.
