We were very happy to meet Erica and stay in her apartment. We felt at home. Everything was well organized and clean. And the apartment was warm. We didn't feel cold. Erica also helped us with some instructions we needed in the apartment and also with information on where to eat or walk. We also thought the cafeteria across the street was wonderful, with friendly and attentive people. There we had coffee and ate pizza. Everything was delicious! And there was also a water distribution machine across the street, for a very good price and quality. It was all worth it! One day we'll be back!

We had an amazing time at Paola's flat in Ivrea. She was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our messages and questions, providing some wonderful local suggestions. Brilliant host and a wonderful flat.
