Great host, great apartment. Will be back next week

The location of the flat is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town. Edinburgh Castle is a short walk away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, everything was clean and all the necessary appliances were available, including a washer/dryer. Mr. Shahid is an excellent host, he had all the information available in a binder inside the flat and he was quick to help us with anything we needed. It was our first time booking an Airbnb and we were beyond satisfied! We recommend it without a doubt!

An outstanding apartment set in lovely surroundings. Perfect for our 4 day get away. Great location especially for Golfers. Apartment was immaculate throughout, spacious, clean and everything you could need and more for the stay. Joe was a fantastic host. Will definitely be back !.

I felt like a celebrity in this beautiful and quiet flat, right off the main action of Edinburghs center. The bed was comfy and had sparkling white sheets. The bathtub was just perfect for a soak after all the walking we did. The kitchen set up was perfectly stocked with tea, coffee and breakfast essentials, plus or host gave us great info on local shops for any other needs. We got the inside scoop on some of the best local restaurants and bars. Oh! And a jar of homemade Scottish Shortbread greeted us on our arrival! Absolutely worth every penny, and every step it takes to get to the flat. I didn't want to leave this chic little jewel in Edinburgh.

New Town is a beautiful part of Edinburgh and Cornelius's apartment was perfectly located to make benefit of its bars and restaurants. The apartment was just lovely with tasteful art work and a nice minimalist feel. Well appointed so easy to turn to home cooking when needed and all in all we would be happy to recommend.

We loved staying at the wee loft. It was in an excellent location in St Andrews, very central but tucked in back from the main hubub. The loft was just as described with excellent decor and fixtures, all beautifully presented and very functional. We only stayed a couple of days but we were very sad to leave. Hosting was impeccable- very responsive and full of excellent advice and tips for things to do. Amazing break! Thank you so much!

Mike was so helpful and communicative! So easy to talk to and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of!

Me and my friends stayed at Lee’s place for one night and enjoyed it a lot. The place was clean and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was a good place to hang out. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Annie's place was wonderful. The flat was in a great location, easy walking distance to old City Edinburgh (20 min or so). It was nice to be staying outside of the city business! Excellent local cafes, restaurants and shops! Annie was very responsive to questions and provided great recommendations as we were visiting from the states. We would stay again and would highly recommend!

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John

Mark went above and beyond with his communication and he made sure that we were settled in and had everything we needed. His place was in a great location, so close to all the major sight-seeing locations. It was spacious, clean, and had great accommodations. I loved how the kitchen had variety of teas, Nespresso, the wide arrangement of spices and a bunch of other amenities that just made us feel at home. definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a comfortable stay that's in the heart of Eidenburgh:)

Great place for a stopover travelling up to Shetland. Lovely walks from the door. Comfortable annex would stay again.

We had a lovely stay in Rosie’s beautiful apartment. The flat itself was spotless with a really well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. So many lovely touches like the breakfast things (which were plentiful enough to do us for a dinner too) and snacks which fuelled us on some long walks. Rosie also had great local recommendations: Kailzie gardens is a must visit and we had a lovely meal in the very cosy Horseshoe Inn at Eddleston. The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful but 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Peebles. The neighbours are friendly too.

Great flat in a great location, with very receptive hosts. Bathrooms could do with a really deep clean- that’s the only negative.

We had a great stay at Ollie's apartment in April 2025. It's very close to Haymarket station, and all the amenities you need are on the doorstep. The flat is clean, tidy and secure, and it was great to be able to use the pool next door. We'd love to stay again!

Alan is a friendly host, and was very helpful when we needed anything. The place was super clean, the room was a perfect size for 2 people. The area is good, with groceries stores around and a couple of buses that take you central in 25-30mins. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

A great base for golf at Gleneagles and the surrounding area. Really comfortable apartment with all you need for self catering. Spot on communication from the hosts made for straightforward check in and out. Would happily recommend.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Ollie is very friendly and good host... He inform us about everything in good time, lovely flat and good area... Recomend!

Great place within an easy walk of Dunblane centre and in a nice quiet area. Ben was really proactive keeping us up to date and even sent a video showing how to access the apartment and what it looks like. The apartment is furnished and decorated to a high standard, has a great bathroom and shower, the kitchen has everything you might want and the TV has additional apps you can take advantage of. Would happily stay here again if we were in the area.
