A very homey place we really enjoyed the stay. We felt right at home, the host was very kind and always responding immediately, excellent place for large families.

This cottage was BEAUTIFUL and so incredibly comfortable and clean. Every room is so well put together, with white noise machines and incredibly comfortable bedding. The coffee nook was so enjoyable in the morning.

This place was perfect for us. Not many places close to River Falls Venue. This was the closest I could find and the location was perfect. The house was clean and Kara was quick to respond to all my questions.

Was perfect for our quick overnight stay on our road trip! Very clean and homey!

My Sunrise Cottage stay was relaxing and peaceful. The bed was comfortable, and the hot tub was hot. I had occasion to use the oven, washer and dryer and of course, the refrigerator and coffee maker. All were in perfect condition. Brandon was in touch and gave complete instructions on how to use the door lock, otherwise I would not have gotten in on the first try. I will definitely return for future visits.

This home was a great refuge for us while we were in Amarillo. Even with a dust storm outside, our family had a good time playing games in the game room. The massive storm knocked out the power, and the host was most helpful in keeping us comfortable. I highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay, and had a very relaxing weekend! The bathtub was amazing and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious!
