One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other a twin. Enjoy the sunset on the back deck. A 50 inch smart tv is in the living room. Make your coffee or tea and enjoy the can of cinnamon rolls in the refrigerator ready to bake. Stroll down Route 66, with its many antique shops, restaurants, and bars.

Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place. It is a quaint space. It was built in the 1930s as a home/convenient store. Prior to Airbnb it was an art gallery. All the art is for sale and changes frequently. It is a 4 block walk to downtown with 30 restaurants, a 7 block walk to Hodge Town Ball Park and the Civic Center. Conveniently located to I-27 and I-40. There is a large fenced area behind the Airbnb for dog lovers! It is self-check-in any time you get here. No cleaning/pet fees.

A television is in each sleeping area with Disney, Hulu and ESPN+. There is a ring doorbell and contactless entry.
