The "Studiocaroline44" is an independent studio adjoining my primary residence. Ideal for 2 people, Near Nantes, between city and sea: - Machines of the Island/Nantes (15 and 20 min) - Bernerie/Pornic beaches (25 to 30 min) - Planète Sauvage (10 min) - Maison du Lac (1 min) - Airport (10 min) A pull-out bed for sleeping on the ground floor and a 160 bed in the mezzanine. Small equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels provided, coffee and tea available. Indicate if you prefer to sleep on the ground floor 🙂

Lac Grand Lieu: quiet cottage with garden

In a green and quiet setting Valerie and Yves welcome you to their house with independent entrance and large terrace located in the countryside on the hiking circuit around Lake Grand Lieu, 15 minutes from Planète Sauvage, <30 minutes from Nantes, 30 minutes from the first beaches, one hour from Puy du Fou, train station 15 minutes away. The house is converted into a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It's great for a couple or family of 4. German and English spoken.

We offer a studio, non-smoking, on the ground floor (street side), smart TV, with garden and terrace, common bike room and private overhead parking - Access possible independently. Close to shops, cinema, Pianocktail, municipal swimming pool, media library, natural site of La Roche Ballue - Bus lines nearby: 78, 36 + Neustrie tram stop 5 minutes by car. Possible to pick you up and/or take you to the airport (€10 supplement).

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
