On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Quiet independent cottage in the countryside, located 20 km from Nantes and 40 minutes from St Nazaire. Large wooded and flowered garden for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. P This cottage is not wheelchair accessible. (Existence of a step between the bedroom and the living room) At your disposal equipped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, independent bedroom, terrace and garden. You will have a free parking space. Linens and towels are provided free of charge

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Small, comfortable duplex studio, ideally located between Nantes and Saint-Nazaire 20 miles off the coast. 40 minutes from tourist sites (salt marshes, walled town of Guérande, bay of the Baule, port of Croisic), 1 h 30 from the puy du fou, 2 h 00 from the futuroscope. A friendly place, ideal in the countryside. Guests can enjoy hikes, relax, peace and quiet, animals present dogs, cats, rabbits, ponies.
