Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

40 m2 house with a cozy sleeping loft that is reached by a ladder, and a 140-cm sofa bed. Built in 2019 and located close to the family's house. There is also a lovely massage chair in the house that can be used without restriction. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge and freezer. If there is a need for a washing machine, it can be arranged in the main house. The bed is made, and towels/bath sheets and bathrobes are available for you. Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Guesthouse in Högbo

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.

Stugan ligger i utkanten av en by där skogen tar vid, en å flyter intill stugan.En mysig grillplats finns där man laga matt på öppen eld, eller bara och njuta av brasan. 4 km till närmaste affär och 10 km in till staden Sandviken. Fina bär och svampställen i närheten. Det finns en liten skogssjö 30 minuters gångväg från stugan.
