In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. On the outskirts of Nantes, Château de la Sénaigerie offers a cottage in a rural and refined, family and friendly setting. A 13th century estate, listed as a Historical Monument, it is located on the edge of Lake Grand Lieu, on a partly wooded plot of 10 hectares. Possibility to walk in the forest and discover its fauna (deer, falcons...) and its flora. Tables and chairs are available for an outdoor meal.

T3 apartment located in the town center, easy to access. The accommodation includes an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room, a bathroom and two large bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed. A sofa bed is also present in the living room that can be used as an extra bed (140 x 190). Bed linen is provided as well as dish towels. We offer an extra package of €5/pers for linens (bath towels).
