Het is gelegen in een mooie laan waar je de drukte van het stadscentrum achter je laat. Het werd prachtig gerenoveerd met exclusieve materialen en ingericht met oog voor détail. Guests can enjoy tea and coffee available for a relaxing break in the garden amidst birdsong or choose to go jogging, cycling or take a bucolic walk along the canal. The guinguette is a stone's throw away and access to major highways is very close. Lille and Tournai are 20 minutes away. Small attic studio and completely renovated. Features a kitchen and shower room with toilet (all private). The accommodation is located 30 m from La Roue metro station (20 min by public transport to get to the center or 10 min by car), on a quiet street and close to amenities. The studio is on the second and top floor of a house where you will also find 2 bedrooms for rent. Visitors have access to the sunny terrace at the back of the building.

The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet, close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

Independent studio on the outskirts of Lille Jardin

10 min from Lille, our studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The house is located in a quiet and residential area. You can park for free in front, unlike Lille where the entire city center is paid and limited in time. You can also take the bus to Lille (in about 20 minutes). The studio is very bright. You will have your own bathroom and kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc...). Welcome to all guests!
