Monthly Rentals in Brea

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great as it was in a quiet area but was easy to drive to St Ives, Newquay and Penzance from there. The house was just as described and as per the photos. Very convenient driveway which allows two cars to be parked right outside the front door. Very well equipped and cosy for a family of 6 adults. William was very proactive and responsive. Highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. The area itself was very peaceful and quiet but still wasn’t too far to get to local amenities.

Thank you, Tony and Alison for welcoming us into your beautiful place. The location of the caravan was so perfect with the morning sun sliding through the well lit sitting room. It would be an understatement to say that we had the time of our lives, especially when the weather was as pleasant and welcoming as the hosts themselves. We found the place nice and tidy with all the amenities available at our disposal, it was very homy. The view was stunning with the two horses and Jake the well fed cat giving us much needed company and cuddles. Tony was also gracious enough to lend us his brand new BBQ grills making our Easter meal memorable. We watched the amazing sunset at the beach nearby, dumbfounding indeed! Carbis Bay is just 20 minutes away, Perranporth is 30 minutes away, making Lake View the most perfectly located caravan in Camborne. The best fish and chips and pasties are definitely in Cornwall! We super enjoyed our stay at Lake View House. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment, located in a smaller neighborhood, quiet and calm. Inside it is cozy and the bed was so comfortable, never slept better! Parking was no problem even with a large car. Sarah was very helpful and communicative. Had a very pleasant stay as the apartment is right in the middle of Cornwall to reach out for all the places around e.g. St. Ives, Land's End, Minack theatre, Tintagel, St. Michael's Mount and so on. Tried the Indian restaurant Shomrat Tandoori (just 4 minutes by foot), I can recommend it. A culinary highlight was Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow.
