Pleasant and peaceful place perfect to get away for a weekend away from the city life.

Property located in a small hamlet very quiet but close to amenities (bakeries, supermarkets,...), tourist sites or amusement parks in Vendee and about twenty minutes from the beaches. Very spacious, well-appointed and as described. Thanks to Philippe and Louise, welcoming, responsive hosts with whom we had simple and fluid communication!

Second time we come to Mathieu's and still as good!

Great stay - we definitely recommend the place!

Valentin's place is very nice and very well located. The garden is enough for lunch and dinner to the family. Both houses maintain some privacy between two families. Finally, the "child" room is perfect for creating good memories. Regarding the location, we were able to enjoy the proximity, on foot, to the bakery and thus have fresh bread every day:-). The beach, shops but also the city center of La Tranche sur mer are accessible by bike. Finally, we were very well received and communication with the owner was efficient. In short, we highly recommend this listing:-)

PERFECT! Very neat decor, bright, easy to stay, very spacious living room...:) The place perfectly matched the photos, the living room is even bigger in reality than in the photo! Very easy to live with, in particular thanks to its large garage that opens directly into the street, perfect since you use almost only your bike, once on the island! The city center is about 300 meters away. I recommend it!

Frédéric's apartment is ideally located with a superb view of the sea and the harbor. The terrace is well exposed and sheltered from the prevailing winds, we had lunch in the sun at noon on December 23rd...! The equipment is enough for this type of accommodation, nothing to repeat. The cabin is indeed very narrow, large and/or large people will hardly be able to wash themselves. The bottom bed of 140 cm in the bedroom is inconvenient, insufficient height to sit down to read, entry and exit a little acrobatic and ladder flush with the head... That said, we had a nice stay and communication with Frédéric was always clear and cordial.

Property in a good location and very well-equipped. Great for the group with kids we were. The hosting and communication was very good. You can book without a second thought.

We just had a very successful stay at this very pretty house in Les Portes en Ré . We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 8). The house is arranged in a very great comfort and with high quality services. We loved cooking in its beautiful ultra-functional open space for us 11 . Lots of space to very comfortable bedrooms well equipped with bathrooms . And above all, an independent space for us parents who invite our children . Another summer dining room with gde plancha and of course the beautiful heated pool in the very pretty garden with designer furniture. Finally, the kids were able to enjoy the pétanque and the basketball court when they got home from their walks . The joy of having met as a family in this beautiful home .

A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

Great stay at La Clé Chaumoise! The place is really great: super cozy, well decorated and super clean. It feels like home right away. The location is perfect for a vacation with friends, close to many activities and La Roche-sur-Yon. The hosts are super welcoming and accommodating. Frankly, if you are looking for a quiet and well-located place for your vacation, I would 100% recommend it.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.
