Monthly Rentals in Brevard

Had a great stay at Nathan’s place. Check in was easy and the place was spotless. I was on a solo trip and it was the perfect size for me. It would be just fine for a couple as well. Within walking distance to the downtown which was a plus. Communication was on point with a couple minor issues I had. I would highly recommend this place and will gladly stay there again in the future. Thank you Nathan and Perry!

I had a good feeling about Jennifer's home based on other reviews and we were not disappointed. The house was so nicely decorated and so comfortable that I was ready to move in permanently! Even the one day it rained, we were happy to sit around inside because everything was so cozy! It's in a great neighborhood near everything in Brevard, we could be at Oskar Blues or downtown in 5 minutes, and hiking in Dupont or Pisgah in 10-15. It was also right on the greenway for a quick run or early morning walk. Usually an Airbnb is just a place to stay while you do other things, but we really did enjoy just hanging out here. The porch had nice, comfortable furniture, and it was really nice having easy access to laundry and a place for my husband's mountain bike after a day in the forest. We will definitely be back!

This was a perfect and had that home away from home feel. The view off the front porch and the peacefulness is the best aspect of the house. It was only a 40 min drive to Rock Creek Bike Park; which is why we came. Brevard is a cute little town too.

We had a short but very pleasant stay! The place was clean, cozy, and located in a quiet area, we truly felt at home. We really appreciated the warm welcome in the evening and the opportunity to charge our car overnight. As a fellow host, I value and take note of every thoughtful detail, and this experience will definitely inspire my future reservations. Thank you Susanne for everything!
