Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brevard

Nice little place near Frog Level. Overall it was quiet and had a nice layout. I was able to get some work done. Keep in mind it's right next to a road that has some light traffic, but the big trucks next door felt like they were in the living room a few times per day and late at night. The "dedicated office space" was a nice little room with no windows, a hard wooden chair, and a desk that wasn't designed for working, so I improvised and used the kitchen table in the living room as my workstation. Austin was a great host and, a nice little place to stay (inside).

Lovely, quiet spot close to Travelers Rest, downtown Greenville, and Paris Mountain for hiking. The place was clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals. Lin and Russ and the pups came to chat when we were outdoors enjoying the views, but otherwise we hardly knew they were there. Just FYI, the bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs…. Which might be an issue with some people.

Phil’s place is the perfect little purpose-built rental unit. Close enough to Asheville that you can easily get to anything and just around the corner from the best brisket in the state. Bed was comfy, place was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend for 2!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

We celebrated my husband’s BD. It was a 5 star experience. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We look forward coming back soon!

Place was great and met all of our needs for our stay! The yard was great for our pets as well! Location is ideal, convenient to a lot of different areas of Asheville.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Brevard College. I have stayed here several times and it is already very nice.

Had a nice stay. John was friendly and even helped bring our suitcases and groceries in when we arrived. Has everything you need for your stay .John is always available for questions or if you need anything!

Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

My children, their families and I came in for my youngest daughter’s wedding. There was 8 adults and two toddler. This place was perfect for our size that was needed. Beautiful home in a super quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend Sierras place!!

Great place to stay! Beautiful view across the street. Had everything we needed with coffee and stores 5 mins down the road!

By far the nicest AirBnB in Greer in terms of the house itself. We really did enjoy it, especially the superbly stocked kitchen. The hosts really went above and beyond in providing an assortment of teas and plenty of coffee. The home has just been remodeled and has a nice open floor plan with good WiFi for streaming We did have trouble sleeping from 3am to 6am all three nights because the house is less than 50 yards from a major Norfolk Southern freight line. At the same time, we loved watching the trains during the day. Only complaints were the train noise, dirty patio furniture , dirty kitchen rug, and polyester bath towels and bed linens. Kind of surprising to cut corners there when most everything else was so comfortable. I would return and take my own towels and earplugs.

Lindsay’s place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Unfortunately, we were only in the area overnight and wasn’t able to enjoy the Lake Lure area more than we did. Lindsay’s place was extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. We will definitely reach out to Lindsay to stay in her home when we are in the area again!

A beautiful place to stay, the condo is beyond beautiful and so comfortable, peaceful and quiet. A large place to stay for a great price, it's so worth it. The views from every patio on each side of the condo are breathtaking, I woke up every morning to have my coffee on the patio while watching bunnies run around the back yard. this location is so close to a pretty place, it took less than 20 min to reach it. I will be returning to stay here. my fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. Pumpkintown general store and Cafe is a must, you have to stop here and have breakfast. Great food at a very low price, wonderful atmosphere. This whole town is just full of great people and places.

What a great condo in a great location. Fantastic nearby restaurants (walkable) and breweries. The condo was very nicely done, quiet, and well furnished. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Kelli was very responsive to any communication I had. Thank you!

This is a really special home. Not only is it beautiful but the hosts have decorated with items curated from the stores just below the home on main st. Personally, that shows me the pride they have in their space and their town. Our arrival time coincided with a festival and parking was a problem but I would not let that deter me. I would just plan better next time! Hope to return next year.

Great stay! It could have been very confusing getting into the building and condo, but the instructions were laid out clearly and the pictures were also helpful. This was in a great location. It was clean and cozy.

Uniquely located above a popular bar. The bar doesn’t stay open too late, so the noise isn’t a problem. Walkable to downtown. The place had everything you needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great stay!
