The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips around the Central Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for spending time together, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. You can expect a spacious common area with a view of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026) and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

Its location will delight fishermen – the Ohře River is located directly opposite the cottage. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate Bike Path No. 6. You can make your stay more enjoyable in the garden by sitting by the outdoor grill or relaxing in the hot tub. Parking on the property.

There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.
