Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Based in central hove, guests can enjoy water sports at Hove lagoon, relaxing walks along the beach or visit the selection of different restaurants Hove has to offer.

The property is at the bottom of Hanover hill, only 100 metres from our local park, The Level. We are surrounded by excellent pubs with coffee shop, bakery, organic butcher and grocer all with a few minutes walk.
