The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Der Badesee und das Zentrum sind jeweils in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die weltberühmte Stadt Kitzbühel ist nach einer kurzen Fahrt zu besuchen. Minipool des Hauses mitbenutzbar.

Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Beautiful apartment in the mountains with great views of three ski resorts in the Zillertal. Two bedrooms & a sofa bed have enough space for 6 in this spacious space. Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.
