Vacation rentals with lake access in Broadbeach Waters

Perfect stay close to Burleigh (with car) if you have a big family and need lots of room! We only stayed one night but imagine this would be ideal for lots of room and kiddies. We were happy with it :)

Linda was easy to communicate with and her place was very homely. Once you’re in you can literally walk to most things, shops, beach, restaurants etc

There were 3 couples and a baby on our trip, and Leannas place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious, with comfy beds, and amazing linen. Some airbnb houses can feel staged (they look good but don't function), but not this one, we felt right at home with everything clean and in good order. Large kitchen had everything we needed and within walking distance to everything. Can't fault this place and would come back again and again, I didn't even miss my comfy bed!!! (One word of advice- light sleepers just bring ear plugs- the unit is on a busy road, but worth it in every other way I promise!)

Family of 10. Lovely place to stay for a few nights. Plenty of space and brilliant view of the lake. Great communication from host and not too far from the beach and shopping (Pac Fair etc).

We had a beautiful stay at Three Palms Escape. The highlight was definitely the sauna and cold plunge, it was such a perfect way to relax and unwind. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and super comfortable for the whole family. Beautiful location and so much to do in the area. The hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Highly recommend 🤍

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautiful, large, clean and quiet! Our host was super flexible with our check out and let us stay past our check out time as we had a late flight! Would definitely recommend a stay here and are sad to leave.

What a view! Worth the money just for that but much more. Loved the spa. The dogs loved the space and exploring. A fenced area was great when we wanted to know where they were. Large house. Sunken lounge and tv area impressive.

Lovely apartment complex. Easily walkable to Tugun and the beach. Anne is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We were away for a girls trip and all 5 of us were impressed with the unit. So much space, very clean, air conditioned and walking distance to everything. Very quiet even though we were on main esplanade.

Great place close the public transport and the Surfers Paradise hub

We loved our short stay in Sally's place. It was a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. The shared pool was open until 10pm and had three different temperature pools including a hot tub. The washing machine and drier were helpful to do our washing and the plants made it feel like home.

Micheal was an awesome host. He responded extremely fast and was always very polite. His home is absolutely beautiful and the views of the Gold Coast are incredible. It’s walking distance to almost everything you could need. I would recommend this home and host to everyone wanting a good holiday to the Gold Coast.

Choosing this place to stay for days here made our holiday perfect. We were inspired by the room interior solutions and the view through a window. The host Jerry was informative and helpful, and all the instructions were clearly given throughout our stay and it was easy to check in and out. The apartment was impeccably clean, cozy and well stocked. It has incredibly comfortable beds with clean sheets. It is thoughtful idea for family that the property has a single bed and a double bed in a bedroom and the king bed in an another bedroom. The location is close to everything, including public transport, shops, market, beach and especially in just walking distance to Sky Point, the tower. The Surfer’s Paradise is itself in the centre of Gold Coast which is one of the tourist attractions. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, close to malls, restaurants, tram and bus stations. The amenities provided were amazing and the place was clean. Communication with the hosts was clear and they were proactive, the check in instructions were straightforward. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Rina’s place again :) Highly recommend.

Stayed at the apartment with wife and 3 kids. Great views of the river and slight glimpse of the beach as well. As we were out all day it was a perfect place to crash at the end of the day. Kids enjoyed the pool at the ground level. Walking distance to main Surfers centre with a cafe across the road which I used daily! Apartment felt safe and secure, very quiet as well. Jordan was great to communicate with when we had a wifi issue, no problem at all. Definitely would stay here again!
