Vacation rentals with lake access in Queensland

We absolutely loved this place. It was a special weekend celebration with friends ands the house worked so well. Each bedroom had an ensuite so no sharing and lots of privacy. The canal was great for kayaking, fire fishing and for afternoon drinks on the lawn watching the sunset. The kitchen was also so practical. Loved it all.

Beautiful place on the water. Used the kayaks which was incredible. Beautiful wildlife, beautiful friendly neighbours not many around ha. Fully recommend!!!

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

Perfect stay for Australia Day weekend. House is the perfect size for two families with plenty of room. Would love to come back in winter to use the fire place inside. Thanks for a fantastic house Lindy!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location on the canals was lovely, and having kayaks and fishing gear available was a bonus. The house was well-stocked with linen, towels, and essentials like washing liquid and dish detergent, which made things easy. The pool and theatre room were great for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a getaway.

Great to finally come back to Deepwater after a couple of years. This is the sort of experience where you’re happy nothing changes, except the beautiful, big sky and the tides running in and out of the Broadwater. Our two border collies loved the openness, the water, the mob of kangaroos…..plenty of room to chase down their favourite frisbee. The only issue from our stay was finding the motivation to pack up and once again say goodbye to this special place. Hoping we will find our way back again. Thank you Stacey and Jerome.

Better than we expected and the price was very good. We walked in and saw the ground floor apartment led out to a lovely table and chairs, grass area then the pool. Brilliant!

Our apartment was wonderful! Spacious, clean and private. The complex has great facilities including a pool, spa and bbq area. Kate was so nice to deal with before and during our stay and the location is perfect. Would recommend!

I am hesitant to write this review because Sam’s riverside haven is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed and I want it to be free for me every time I want it! Sam is an excellent host, who looks after her guests beautifully. The apartment is in one of the loveliest locations possible, right by the river on a secluded little street. The apartment itself is exactly what you want for a beach and riverside holiday…it’s not fancy but it’s breezy, beautifully decorated and inviting, and makes you feel like you are on holidays in paradise the second you walk in. The pool is crystal clear and cold and there are several great coffee houses 5-10 mins walk away. This place is especially great for families with kids but everyone will love it. I can’t wait to go back!

Was an excellent space for 6 people clean today and a fantastic area

Great apartment in a quiet and peaceful area. Loved the balcony looking over the pond. Place was bigger than we expected and lots of nice little touches. Mon was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would recommend for a relaxing getaway to the Sunshine Coast.

Beautiful Air BNB, everything was comfy and clean. Lovely verandah and table to sit and watch the waves at the beach. Very quick walk to the beach for a swim, restaurants very close by. Excellent location. Easy access and Kevin was very quick to respond. We will be back. Thanks for the wonderful stay Kevin.

Great accomodation for exploring surfers paradise and surrounds. Had a nice pool and tennis court available.

Suza was a perfect host, great communication and made you feel at home. The place was ideally located nearby (<10 Min bus trip) the main strip but far away to feel private. Bus service just across the road and is frequent. Great food, walks nearby. Coastal lifestyle with the locals to summer using the area. A great slice of Australia and Suza has the place for it.

What a beautiful getaway! The muddy was such a little dream to stay in - nothing better than waking up next to a lake underneath all the trees Ean, his pup, horses and ducks were all super friendly. Would highly recommended staying here for your next trip away.

Ric and jilly were extremely accomodating, with less then 24 hrs notice for a two night stay they handled it and got me and my workers in there very easily! Appreciate the great communication and the helpfullness! The house is awesome with a peacefull view directly on the dam and an awesome patio areo to have a few beers after a long days work! Thanks again Ric and jilly will definately be back!

Beautiful spot, not far from the city but away from it all. Feels more remote than it is. Space for alot of people. So many activities or just lay about the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage! The cottage was cozy, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is stunning—truly peaceful, surrounded by nature, and just a short drive to Noosa and Peregian Beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary kayaks and SUPs, which added to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting!

Rob’s place was absolutely lovely and it was wonderful being so close to nature! Felt very at home and relaxed in the cottage - would definitely want to return!

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peace and quiet. In the three days we stayed over we visited Coolum, Eumundi, Noosa, Peregian Beach and Caloundra. Everything is only minutes away, including great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the central air conditioning very handy, especially in February. Seeing kangaroos every day was an added bonus. I can strongly recommend this place.

This Airbnb is so incredibly cute, I was gutted to only be staying one night! The farm surrounding the property is pretty and makes for fantastic viewing from the front porch. I would definitely stay here again.
