Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

This apartment is located in the old characteristic part of Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. With your own access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. There is a (sleeping) sofa (for 1 extra adult or 2 small children). On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack.

At the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guesthouse. A sunny two-story house overlooking the garden and the water. From this oasis of peace and quiet you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally around the corner here. The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

Breakfast is available upon request (€10,- per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

Lovely suite in the historic center of Monnickendam. Nice terraces, good restaurants and beautiful nature. Within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. You can buy the tickets at the VVV (2 minutes from the cottage) Also the Zaanseschans, Volendam and Marken can be reached within 20 minutes. The VVV, baker and the butcher are around the corner and by bike (you can use ours, we have two) you can cycle through the unique environment.
