The Roxton House Guest Cottage

Escape to quiet country living. Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The house built in 1894 was one of the first in Roxton. Roxton’s population is 548, no stop light. Roxton Chaparral Trail is 126 yds from the house. Rock Falls Park is 1/4 of a mile N. It is a favorite place to take pictures. Roxton has bank , 24 hr ATM, PO, Cafe, City Drug Store and Chaparral museums , pay at pump gas station and library. A 15 mile drive to downtown Paris and 20 mile to major shopping area.

Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. There are fun activities all the time, quaint little antique shops, boutiques, places to eat and the square's trees are lit up all year. Paris Junior College is 5 minutes away and Paris Eiffel Tower dons a red cowboy hat! Come, enjoy!

This upper-floor two-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy two private bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub and shower, one with a shower), a large living room, and an open full kitchen. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
