Hotel vacation rentals in Bruges

We spent three nights at four in the cabin of the captain of the houseboat Lucie. This is an experience! A cocoon where it's good to get warm after visiting the Christmas markets of Ghent and Bruges (quickly served by the highway). We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner as the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are narrow but that's normal, we're on a boat! In the morning the view of the canal is very pleasant with the sunrise over the water and the frozen grass! The bedding is very comfortable and the shower room functional. We all enjoyed this experience, especially since the hosts are very welcoming and present on the boat. We recommend this accommodation to people who love the unusual with comfort!

Warm and welcoming hosts in a cosy, clean, peaceful and homely setting. The breakfast is next level, delicious. Even better than described, the twin beds and double are in separate rooms within the suite, creating a quiet and private set-up. Thank you Bart for a great stay!

The room is very nice and cozy. The heating was adequate and what can I say about the location, very quiet and beautiful. The accommodation offers breakfast, which seemed good to me, but they set a fixed time of 9 am, which limits your morning. Ideally, they should put a time frame for breakfast. They ask you in advance what you want for breakfast because their proposal is vegan and they take care of the resources, but you have to be very specific because otherwise you end up having a very simple breakfast. Due to the schedule, we did not have breakfast on the second date, since we wanted to make the most of our time. The lady in charge of breakfast was desperate to explain about the entry code, since they changed it on the second day, which they had not reported in advance. Her way of expressing herself and then hearing her say how difficult it is for her to deal with Spanish-speaking people was very uncomfortable.

We slept with fleur during our time in Bruges. It is a beautiful city and fleur was very helpful with tips. Bruges is definitely recommended and the location of the hotel room is at a nice distance from the city center.

They are an absolutely kind and inspiring couple with a super beautiful place. We loved our stay in their cozy tipi, set amidst a lovely garden. The peaceful ambiance and thoughtful touches made our experience truly unforgettable.

Would highly recommend loes place for a visit to bruges. The place is lovely and great hosts. Bruges is really busy and it's nice just to get back to the quiet surrounding area (which is only 20 mins walk) rather than stay in the hustle and bustle. We will be back. Cheers David

An extraordinary stay for a weekend in this home made us forget all the stress and hustle and bustle of city life. A real retreat to go green, unwind. The accommodation is extremely well decorated, with great taste, everything looks good. The building is majestic as is the garden with its large trees, swing, hot tub and swimming pool. The Host is very welcoming, very flexible on arrival, departure, access to convenience. The staff was lovely. In short, a big thank you, it was great.

we were very well hosted by Lars and her team throughout our stay, offering a very family atmosphere to our stay. the hotel is very cozy, great location, and with nice amenities. the room was very comfortable, and we were able to benefit from a crib for our son. we'll be happy to go!
