Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

Confortevole appartamento, di circa 65 metri, in una casa del ‘700, situata in una tipica stradina del nostro meraviglioso lago, che ha divieto di accesso alle auto. Zona molto tranquilla. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.

It is located in an old house on the road that goes from Como to Bellagio. Entirely renovated inside, it enjoys a beautiful lake view. Since there are some steps to climb, it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility
