The granddaughters loved the "animal tour"; that was definitely one of the highlights. And all the games; many new to us. We would have tried them all if we had time. Plenty of space for everyone to have chill time. With good weather we could have had lots of outdoor space too. Worth the affordable price. Extra stocks of toilet paper, paper towels, baggies for leftovers and paper products- this was a bonus.

Gerald allowed me to check in two hours before my scheduled time. He reached out via Airbnb's platform and asjedbif i needed an early check-in. Very thoughtful and proactive of him. He had snacks, milk and cereal ready for me. The location was easy to find and was just what I needed. The setting is ideal for a single or couple. The price is great. It's quiet on the farm. Gerald had plenty of towels and toilet paper, and good spiritual reading materials. I met him face to face - he's a down to earth guy who's super kind and gives you your space. We booked this place for the night of our wedding and it was very peaceful and private. It was a bit hard to find at night but once we did find it; it was all worth it. They gifted us a complimentary wine and wrote us a cute note congratulating us on getting married. Very sweet. The country cube was small and vibey, we absolutely loved it. Perfect place to watch the sunrise with all the flat land around you. Would definitely book again.

We had a peaceful, impromptu stay after a winter storm altered our travel plans. The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The kids LOVED all of the books. It was cool watching the horses. Marcy was such a friendly host! She was friendly and always responsive. We would love to come back when the weather is nicer.

I loved this little blue cottage! I instantly felt right at home and the layout is perfect. The home feels very private, with neighbors nearby being in town all the benefits of various resturants and amenities. Check in instructions were very clear and arrived on time with zero difficulty accessing the property. I didn't hear so much as a car drive past at night and while unused to traveling alone, slept very well in the comfortable and large bedroom with attached bath. The cottage is also decorated lovely and was spotlessly clean. Courtney was a wonderful host, putting up with my endless questions and struggle to add our little dog to my reservation, mid reservation, when my husband brought him with at the last minute when he made it into town for our son's wedding. This adorable little blue cottage is defiantly my new home away from home while in Sterling visiting family. I am already planning my next stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alvina’s home. The place is super-spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything you’d need in abundance (linens, kitchenware, appliances.) Everything is incredibly clean/spotless. Alvina is very personable and incredibly friendly and I easily felt right at home. I enjoyed my stay so much, that it was super-hard to leave. ☺️ Would love to stay here again, sometime.
