Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung mit Flair zu den Zeiten, in denen wir selber nicht da sind. Sehr zentral, ruhig und groß, in der Altstadt am Schlossberg, auf mehreren Ebenen mit drei Balkonen, in der Konviktstraße, einer der schönsten Gassen. Im 3. und 4. OG, mit großer Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern. Geeignet für 4 Personen. - inkl. Liebe Besucher In unserem Haus in dem schönen Stadtteil Waldsee in Freiburg bieten wir euch eine nette und separate Einliegerwohnung an. Ihr habt mit uns nichts direkt zu tun und bekommt uns doch mit. Natürlich sind wir für Fragen da. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und neu, Ihr habt alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch sehr gut mit dem öffentlichen Netz angeschlossen. Es ist sogar möglich in 30min. zu Fuss entlang der Dreisam in die Stadt zu laufen.

Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
