13m2 room with a private bathroom, a wardrobe and a desk: this is our offer of practical and comfortable accommodation for solo trips :) We are in Carabanchel, a south-western area just outside of Madrid, at 50min by public transport from the city centre. It is a private space that shares a corridor with 5 more rooms, but ensuring maximum privacy. We have organized the space to make it as cozy as possible with the basics (there is no kitchen, we leave a coffee machine at your disposal) :)

Very close to the metro line 10 with a direct connection to Plaza de España in the center of Madrid and the best sightseeings of the city When you arrive I will tell you the best options to visit Madrid according to your days. I also do tours of Madrid, Toledo, El Escorial, and Segovia, if you need a guide or someone who picks you up at the airport tell me.

Great loft, fully-equipped. High speed 600MB WiFi. Ideal for homeworking! Very quiet and bright with outside terrace and nice views. With free parking in front of the building and several supermarkets, restaurants and bars next door. Thanks to the bus and metro there is a very fluid, fast and easy connection with the city center. Official bike rental pickup point of "BiciMadrid" 100m from the apartment. It allows you to ride a bicycle through all of Madrid.

Easy parking area without payment.

Relax for 1 person

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.

This home is located just outside of Central Madrid, nearby in public transportation. Nearby you will find service stations, metro, bus, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, cinema and municipal sports facilities. By private vehicle we have easy access from Plaza Eliptica, Aluche, M40 and M45. We have private parking with access as an extra to the accommodation.

Spacious and bright room with double bed. It has cabinets and drawers. Bathroom next door. House with wifi. Easy parking outside the house. can be used in the kitchen the microwave, refrigerator and kettle, cooking is not allowed. For long stays consult, families are welcome, but my house is not ready for babies.
