The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Features 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other with 2 adjustable single beds and a desk. Kitchen opens to living room, large terrace and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity: Galeries Lafayette, Intermarché, Vie Claire. Parc de Parilly, 300 m away, is perfect for relaxing or playing sports.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... Entire 2-room apartment, pleasant, accessible on one level and well located with equipped kitchen. The accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from Île Barbe, a unique place. The banks of the Saône are developed from Caluire to the center of Lyon. 900 m away is the Radiant Bellevue theater and less than 3 km away is the Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse restaurant. It is located on the top floor -with a view - in a typical building, dating from the 19th century, 100 m from Place des Terreaux and Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, less than 200 m from the metro station "Hôtel de Ville" and the main bus lines (C3) , and about 5 minutes from Vieux Lyon on foot.
