One bedroom apt in Pavilion condos (Zona Romantica), 2 blocks from Los Muertos beach, close to restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport. There are rooftop pools, jacuzzi and gym. Unit has wifi and smart tv (no cable yet), washer, dryer and full kitchen. There is a balcony facing an interior courtyard. On weekend nights there is some noise from a club behind the building, the unit is on third floor but you do get some noise, there is limited natural light as it faces an interior courtyard.

The pool area is surrounded by tropical greenery, featuring thatched-roof palapas and numerous lounge chairs. A variety of blue-striped loungers are arranged around a sparkling blue pool, with water gently bubbling from a rock feature in the foreground.
