Small gîte, nature space

Small comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" spirit with sitting area, small kitchen, night area and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers looking for tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to recharge in the shade of the oaks. A trail will take you to a breathtaking view of the Vilaine (200m). We will be happy to discuss your stay with ideas of things to discover here & there.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
