The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Sea view apartment. Building with the beach when crossing the street (20 meters away), 2 elevators and porter. The fully furnished apartment has a bedroom and a living room with chaise longue double sofa bed and balcony. There are dishes, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, stove and oven, microwave, fridge, flat TV and WiFi, fiber-optic, throughout the apartment.

Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
