Il Grottino

A “grottino” (NL-00003565) is a small, detached two-room house: on the ground floor, there is a living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle; on the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests. It is located 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona, and 25 km from Locarno. HOLIDAY CARDS for everyone.

Casa Talamona is one of the oldest medieval residences within the old city walls in the center of Sala Capriasca (the birthplace of the well-known Swiss-Argentinian poet Alfonsina Storni). The grocery store and the public transport stop connecting Sala to Lugano are 50 meters away. The two-room apartment, which overlooks the private garden, is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.
