What a lovely property! Ideal for a solo, couples, or family getaway. The two-level home is roomy, well laid out, spacious, and has just about everything you need to enjoy your vacation indoors or outdoors. The bedrooms are spacious, and the mattresses have to be the best I've ever experienced in an Airbnb. There is plenty of closet space, and the bathrooms/showers are also lovely. The kitchen is well stocked, though the only thing we were missing was paper towels (and a bigger trash can lol). The outdoor space is phenomenal, and where we had most of our meals, and I got some work done. Wi-fi works very well. The garden and hot tub are lovely, especially for this area. However, we did notice an outdoor security camera pointed at the hot tub and entrance, which was NOT disclosed in the listing. Likewise, this property is inside a cluster of other homes, so you will encounter other people, just FYI. The garage is a 3-minute walk away, and super practical. Will definitely stay again.

the view from the balcony is really great, no matter what time or weather it is, it's always beautiful! The house is also great: spacious, clean, complete furnishings, good beds. The communication with Anna goes smoothly and quickly, Anna is very friendly, correct and nice. The region around Lake Como is an expensive and luxury area. But cooking yourself goes very well in this house and you have the same priceless view at the table on the balcony as in the most expensive restaurant. There are also quite a few budget outings such as taking the ferry on the lake (the slow boat to Como costs €3.50 one way) also the train in Como to the mountain top costs a few euros. By train from Como (tip travel from a station near Como = shorter travel time and parking) you can be in Milan in 45-60 minutes, this is also highly recommended!

Secret tip Carate Urio! Close to Como, not far from Lenno and Mennagio, easily accessible and pretty to see. And blessed with some nice nightlife tips. At Petra and Luigi we had a great week and a great view – we will recommend La Torretta to our friends. Five stars out of 5.
