The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It's at a 3 min walk to the beach (300mt) and 12 min walk to the train station that takes you to the center of Lisbon. The building is on a square filled with restaurants and a supermarket.
